But then I was served a roll with bacon although I have clearly asked for it to be without as I’m Muslim. I started eaten the roll and it had several pieces of bacon in it. Contacted McDonald’s Donald’s, they said they will give me a £50 voucher which is not solving the issue but what can I do? And guess what.. after they said that they stopped replying and never received another reply or voucher! Disgusting!! Since then I stopped eating in mc Donald’s! Service pork to someone who clearly has stated they Muslim and to make sure it does not contain pork!

Went back in to tell the manager and had to wait 10 more minutes just for them to heat it up. How can you serve cold items to customers? Wait time was a joke. Priorities drive thru customers over the ones that actually go inside
