They then told me I haven’t actually ordered online for collection (I’ve just finished a 12 hour shift at a hospital, hence the ease of collecting), the girl declined what I said twice, I said I’ve defo ordered this from here. I felt she thought I was lying. So now I have to wait for my order anyway, really guys?! Get it together. It’s not even busy in here! Shame the chicken is too good.

The bag had the correct order printed onto it but they quite obviously threw whatever spare food they had in my bag. I ordered 24 wings and got 6 boneless wings and 3 tenders none of which were the correct flavour. I will not be ordering from here again and suggest no one else do so. My experience was absolutely awful. Thank god I don't have any allergies as this could have ended much worse for both me and the restaurant.

Our first experience of Wingstop and was so miserable,and they show racism some of the staff ,and Then we started ordering burger and some wings &cips ,they served very cold I just asked them to serve hot they got my food second time they give me wrong burger,again I called one of the staff explained about the wrong burger 3rd time they severed food after 10 mints but 3rd I modified burger they did do it , they just served as if they like i didn’t ate the food I just asked them refund , manger came to refund but he didn’t bother about what happened what’s wrong nothing he straight away refund not even a apology from they very rude and disrespectful I explained about the problem I faced literally I just wasted my 1 hour just because of there fault, serving wrong food but manger doesn’t need anything he didn’t even care about of it not even a sorry , very bad experience,never ever I suggest to my family or friends such a worst experience.
