Staff told me toilet roll is only given on request because of theft — a completely unacceptable policy for any café. I submitted a complaint, but the manager’s response was defensive, dismissive, and tried to shift the blame onto me. Since then, I’ve had no apology and no follow-up from the branch or head office. Appalling customer care and a total lack of responsibility. I won’t be returning.
