- JSJohn SmartMay 16, 20265.0I don’t discredit any reviews about this McDonald’s but somehow I refuse to believe anyone that says the staff are unfriendly, I’ve never once been in without a ‘have a nice rest of your day’. To be honest this McDonald’s isn’t the worst, I’ve had bad and good experiences; waiting for 25 mins but also food at the speed of light. I honestly think it just depends on when you go it can be the worst Maccies and the best, it just needs some more consistency and I think no one would have a problem. But I think it’s got better since it’s opened at the start it was awful but slowly but surely it’s getting better.

I had ordered porridge, my daughter sausage and egg meal both with flat white coffees. After complaining, the food arrived, but my porridge was cold along with the coffees, so they had clearly been sat there the whole time. I didnt complain because my daughter was hungry and we were on a tight schedule so couldn't afford to wait for a fresh order. The staff clearly had no idea what they were doing. Even another customer asked me if I was still waiting. Unlikely to visit again
