  I love the food and they left me a cute note it says “enjoy your food and this weather extra dips from us :D” this actually made my day with be coming back :3

  Left waiting at glass for 33 minutes alongside everyone else because they are too unorganised to run any sort of take away system despite offering it. Food was all ice cold, I was suspicious as to whether it was even cooked in the first place; though it was. This was in-store as a check immediately upon receipt given the lengthy wait time. Disgusting and unhygienic generally with staff in the cooking area with long hair and no hair nets. Chips were decent if heated. The chicken wings were bland, without any sort of marination. Staff generally rude and uninterested in engaging. Do not recommend in the slightest.

  Recently moved to Birmingham so l've been trying out different food spots and safe to say this location of WingStop is definitely up there! Not to mention, one of the employees Beau, was extremely welcoming and friendly, making my experience x10 better, I would definitely revisit

  I had such an amazing experience at Wingstop Bullring thanks to Ayesha! She was honestly one of the kindest people I’ve ever been served by. Her customer service was absolutely outstanding — so friendly, patient, welcoming, and genuinely caring. She made me feel so special and completely brightened my day. It’s rare to meet someone who puts so much heart into their job, and Ayesha truly went above and beyond. Wingstop Bullring is lucky to have her. Thank you so much Ayesha for your kindness and beautiful energy — I’ll definitely be coming back because of you!

  Me and my husband visited wingstop last week and was delighted with the service. A young lady called Lauren was exceptional and provided excellent service with a smile. I wasn't sure which flavour I wanted my chicken to be and she was so patient, explaining what each one is like concisely.
