  It’s not first time is second time so that’s why I decided to review because they not learning from mistakes even be complaining this is a second or third time I went home when I checked my order. There was a less burgers. It means one of the family members haven’t got any dinner today otherwise I go back and tell them so it can be fuel as well so I’m not in the mood to go back and tell them now and there was a girl who was serving ice cream in the first she said her name is Malaika said ice cream is a drink so that’s why she always give drink first and all the rest of food is last after 10 minutes wait which is okay but should ice cream in the end so it shouldn’t be melt and there was less burger which is not acceptable this McDonald’s was so good used too good but now it’s like you know so bad no service just jungle just more than anything. They just sorting their heads out while they sorting with the guest and on her T-shirt was written a crew trainer how she trained her crew like that she don’t know by herself.

  Really disappointed with McDonald’s in Perry Barr. They used to have fajita crispy chicken wraps, fajita vegetarian wraps, and fish fillets — all gone now. Those were some of our favourite options. My aunt is vegetarian, and she wasn’t happy at all. She tried the McPlant burger, but she didn’t enjoy it. With barely any vegan or vegetarian choices left, we’ve decided to stop visiting McDonald’s. McDonald’s really needs to think more about vegetarian and vegan customers instead of only offering one McPlant burger as the main option.

  Whilst visiting my daughter in Birmingham we went to Perry Barr McDonalds both myself, my daughter and my granddaughter. From the moment we stepped inside we were greeted by a member of staff who offered us assistance. We ordered and sat down and waited for our food, which didn’t take too long and was really tasty. There was a member of staff called Raj who was really lovely. She asked how our food was and whether we wanted any sauces, which she went and fetched for us. I can honestly say that it was the best service I have ever received in any other McDonald restaurant.
