Sakshi was really helpful and friendly. She served me on till. Ordered a big king meal. It was hot and tasty. Sakshi was brilliant with my 2 children. She offered them crowns which they loved. Sakshi is a real credit to Bath team. Will be back and hopefully Sakshi will serve me again

Visited Burger King yesterday and ordered a plant based whopper meal. The burger was fresh and hot and the fries were crispy. Service was quick and staff were polite. The dining area was clean. Overall a good experience for fast food.

Absolutely appalling service, will never be back! I waited at the tills to order for around 5 minutes while the 3 workers were all putting deliveries together, one out front just cleaning etc.. tried to ask when I’d be served as I was waiting for a long time and got hit with dirty looks and no response, when I asked again after a couple of minutes the woman just put two fingers up at me to indicate two minutes.. is a customer not even worthy of being spoken to? No “so sorry about the wait I’ll just be two minutes”?? Simple as that to make the customer feel more happy to wait. When I did finally get served I ordered my meal and as I was just getting my app ready to scan the lady waves in my face to get my attention to ask me a question, again so easily she could’ve just said “excuse me” and asked what she needed to ask. When I thought the worst was over I was handed a bacon cheeseburger instead of a plain cheeseburger which I’d stated about 5 times when ordering but the lady seemed more concerned with waving in my face and being rude than actually getting my order right.. I told her that I’d ordered the double cheeseburger and that I wanted the burger that I ordered made, another worker then came up as she seemed to not understand? I asked for the difference paid back, instead I got a whole spiel about how I can’t have the difference, I’ll have to pay for the new order and get the old one refunded - fine, but still no apology whatsoever for something that wasn’t even my mistake.. I waited another 5/10 minutes (just for the burger!!) and chased up again as I must have been in the shop for around 30 minutes at this point, they then handed me my burger which had just been sat on the side ready!! I mean come on! Somehow getting deliveries together and sent out is more important than serving the few remaining customers actually in the store.. just serve the customers first and do deliveries after?! Won’t be back again, to any Burger King for that matter. Now down the price of two meals and left feeling more than frustrated!! Come on Burger King, fix this!

I had a truly awful experience at Burger King in Bath. I ordered a burger expecting a basic level of quality, but what I got was completely unacceptable — the bun was moldy. Yes, moldy. This is not just disappointing, it’s a serious health concern.
To make things even worse, I had to wait 20 minutes for just two burgers and fries, even though there were only two other people in the restaurant. There is absolutely no excuse for such slow service under those conditions.
On top of that, someone who appeared to be the manager was walking around, checking things off as if everything was perfectly fine. Clearly, it wasn’t. This raises serious concerns about how this place is being managed and how little attention is actually paid to food safety.
It’s shocking that food in this condition was served to a customer. This shows a complete lack of quality control, hygiene, and basic responsibility. I’ve lost all trust in this location and will definitely not be coming back.
I strongly advise others to check their food carefully before eating — or better yet, avoid this place altogether.
