  Ankita is super rude. Keeps shouting, asking a question to her seems like a problem and she has no basic human communication skills, let alone customer service skills.

  Hi, i am a regular customer at this co-op branch and it has been a while i am noticing how the manager , his name is michael, how he treats his staff around the store. He is barely seen on the shop floor and when there is a rush on the tills, he is still calling other staff members who are busy to come and handle the tills rather then taking the initiative to do so himself. personally, i have never seen him doing any work and when he asked where something may be, he responds with high level of attitude as if someone has disturbed him from doing something important. If this is how he treats his customers, how can he be expected to treat staff members correctly?
