- ADAdam DellerMay 31, 20261.0Every visit seems to be disappointing. Service is painfully slow, the chips are consistently cold and stale, and the food is often served lukewarm at best. It’s hard to understand how basic standards are being missed so regularly. The restaurant has no atmosphere whatsoever, with no music and a generally lifeless feel. During my latest visit there were no soft drinks available either, which only added to the frustration. For a global brand that should have a well-established operating model, this branch appears poorly managed and lacking attention to even the most basic customer expectations. There are far better options nearby.
