  Had a really good experience at burger king. What really stood out for me is great customer service by Ms. Dharani, she was too good with what she is doing. I recommend everyone to visit once and have a great food .

  Very disappointing experience at Burger King Trafford. The food itself was nothing special — it was fairly standard Burger King, so there wasn’t really anything positive or negative to say about it. Unfortunately, the customer service was disgraceful. The staff were rude and inconsiderate, which made the experience even worse. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also unacceptable. There was rubbish all over the floor, chips scattered around, and the tables and sides were covered in food remains. It gave the impression that the restaurant simply wasn’t being properly cleaned or maintained. I expect much better from a major chain like Burger King. The food may be standard fast food, but the basic level of customer service and cleanliness should still be there. Burger King seriously needs to address the standards at this restaurant. I left very disappointed and would not be in a hurry to return.

  Aakash was amazing, really kind and helpful and as was my birthday let me know about my free whopper, so that was a lovely birthday surprise. Top man!

  I ordered a Whopper with Bacon and Cheese Meal, but honestly, I regret it. I usually go to McDonald's or Five Guys, and I thought, "I haven't been to Burger King in a long time, so why not?" Unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The burger was dry and not very tasty. I remembered Burger King being much better than this. The fries were also disappointing, lacking salt and seeming a bit stale. There was nothing special about them. Overall, I wish I had spent my money somewhere else. Based on this experience, I won't be coming back anytime soon.
