  Harvey looked after us he’s nice young lad trying his hardest he gave us recommendations on the food when we asked. and helped what to pick it was fast and easy service and especially helpful and tentative thanks mate would I highly recommend 😎

  Me and my girlfriend came here just before our anniversary (mid September) and had a lovely time speaking to one of the managers. He was very friendly and kind, and gave us some free drinks and even desserts! Spoke lots with him about holidays and things in general and he made it all very enjoyable!

  We had such a lovely experience at Wagamamas and honestly couldn’t fault the service. The food was gorgeous but there was another reason I wanted to leave a review. The staff were fantastic with my 15 month old son’s allergy, a manager personally took our order which immediately gave us confidence that everything was being taken seriously and the cooking process for allergies was explained to us. An allergy sticker was placed on the table so other staff were aware and his food came with allergy tags on the plates. This is the first time we’ve eaten out somewhere and felt completely comfortable knowing that his circumstances have been communicated. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming, but a special mention has to go to Safia, who was absolutely lovely. She interacted with my son, made him smile and checked on us throughout our visit to make sure everything was okay. It really made such a difference to be able to enjoy a meal as a family without the usual anxiety that comes with eating out with an allergy. My son certainly enjoyed his food! The only thing I would comment on is that there are no allergy labels on the menus and we were not given a separate one or had any dishes explained. I only knew what my son could have as I looked at the menu with the allergy filter online beforehand. I imagine someone could’ve explained options if I had asked though. This is just a different process to what I am used to. Thank you so much to the whole team for making us feel so welcome and looked after. We’ll definitely be back!

  So I must come to Wagamamas too many times a month. I spend a lot of my time here for amazing food! But the staff they hire at Wagamamas are very anti-social, socially awkward people who when looking close enough seems quite rude and judgemental. I’ve experienced only one good bit of service for the months and months of my experiences eating here. Harvey’s service and time for those he looks after are unreal and the lad deserves a pay rise. As for the rest training in communication and customer engagement is needed! Sadie is a good example of this!

  Had the warmest welcome from Harvey . He made our visit special as we had never been before . He had the warmest smile . He guided us through our dishes with passion. Harvey without you our experience wouldn’t have been the same . Thank you for you service
