  I was assisted yesterday by the security and customer service person as I not feeling to strong. I was assisted back into the carport with all i bought. Lovely shopping location.

  Just bought some FxF long pants x2 and theres only a grey pair, why keep it on the shelf if a pairs been robbed, basically all of the ones in L had only 1 pair n i was hoping this had 2 like it said n looked like it did but it didnt, staff member even came over to the til as i scanned the pants last and verfied the weight was right as the system was alerted to it. Half of what i paid in total was for these pants and i only got 1 of the 2 sets of pants, absolute ballache

  I bought this Tefal frying pan at Tesco, expecting the quality the brand is known for. Unfortunately, after less than two months of normal use, the non-stick coating has already started peeling off, making the pan unusable. As a professional chef with 15 years of experience, I would never use metal utensils on any non-stick pan, regardless of the marketing claims. Advertising that this pan is safe to use with metal utensils gives customers a false impression of its durability. I cannot recommend this product. I noticed it’s currently on sale for 50% off, but don’t be fooled by the discount. A frying pan that loses its non-stick coating after less than two months is simply not worth buying.

  I’d left store after not having id as a 23 yr old with full sets of tattoos then my girlfriend was followed around store with colleagues making her feel uncomfortable and unwanted with security absolutely disgusting behaviour and customer service is an absolute joke in that place.

  Well done to the young woman and the man working on the self service checkouts on Sat night. A customer made some inappropriate and unsettling comments towards the young woman. When the male staff member rightly challenged his behaviour, the customer accused him of being racist because he was Black. From what I witnessed, this had nothing to do with race, it was simply about the customer’s behaviour towards the young woman. The customer then began insulting the staff, and then claimed this country was full of “white wh*r*s” who “stick their a** in the air”. I have no idea why he started saying this. He later claimed he had only made the comments because he was a “professional photographer”, and the woman he was with asked whether girls “can’t even take compliments anymore”. In my opinion, asking a young woman when she finishes her shift, commenting on her appearance, and then shaking your head at her when she is clearly uncomfortable and doesn’t respond is inappropriate and unsettling. Despite being insulted, the staff handled the situation professionally. They remained calm, allowed the customers to say their piece, and dealt with the incident as well as they possibly could. They deserve recognition for the way they handled a very difficult situation. If you read this, I hope you’re okay. You were both lovely towards me and who I was with. I know that working at Tesco is tough because I work in a One Stop where we deal with some awful shoplifters, but I haven’t ever experienced this and I thought you both did brilliantly in that situation. The store manager should be proud.
