  Disappointed. Buy your groceries before buying your petrol. Eight pence per litre discount signs are displayed all round the store. I complained to the staff and to management because I spent £160, but bought my petrol before I bought my groceries. I explained my frustration, but they simply said that they would not discount it at customer services.

  I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service at this branch. The customer service is practically non-existent. Both staff and management appeared uninterested, unhelpful, and as though they simply did not want to be there. Rather than assisting with my return, I was repeatedly given excuses as to why it could not be processed. This experience has completely put me off shopping at Tesco particularly at this branch. If staff and managers are unwilling or unable to fulfil a customer service role properly, it raises the question of why customers should continue choosing to spend their money here. This was a very disappointing experience and one that has seriously affected my view of the store.

  Absolutely terrible experience. I arrived at 12:25 to unload just two trolleys. The people responsible for unloading were supposed to return within 30 minutes, after their break, but instead I was left waiting for over an hour. Waiting more than an hour for such a simple unloading job is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of respect for drivers’ time and working hours. To make matters worse, the staff were arrogant and completely unapologetic about the delay. There was no sense of urgency, no proper communication and no consideration whatsoever for the driver waiting outside. If you are a driver delivering here, be prepared to waste your time. Extremely poor organisation, poor attitude and a complete lack of respect. One of the worst unloading experiences I have had. Absolutely unacceptable.
