- MGMaria GeorgiouJul 19, 20261.0If I could provide zero stars, I would! I do not normally shop in Tesco preferring M&S or Waitrose. Due to working all weekend my usual supermarkets were closed. I needed some potatoes so decided to pop in here as it’s local. My experience was far from pleasant! Firstly, the potatoes I purchased which were Tesco Finest, had gone off and smelled badly (due to being left on a shelf in hot weather and not a refrigerator). Secondly, a member of staff had left a trolly or cage in a silly location right behind the self checkouts so as I was leaving, I knocked my arm quite badly resulting in a nasty bruise the following day! I did not see the cage as I would not have expected it to positioned where it was. I returned the potatoes for a refund which the lady gave me, but this experience has totally put me off ever setting foot in there again.
