  Received amazing service off Scott who was incredibly bubbly and took the time to ensure our order was correct. Definitely the best service I’ve had at this five guys!

  Why is it when I eat at five guys places in London the experience and the burgers is so much more delicious. Didn’t like that burger at all, even the fries had no Cajun salt or flavour in them. Never eating at Trafford place again 👎🏼 Only in London 🍔

  If I could give more stars I would. The girl who served us was absolutely fantastic. I was unaware that you should order anything with an allergy at the counter. When she had realised my daughter had an allergy she was making the burger fresh. I wasn’t sure if the fries were gluten free she assured me they are. She has literally made my daughter cry with kindness. I believe the girls name was Aiesha (forgive my spelling) thank you very much ❤️
