  Saw a rat running on the countertop where they make the pizza doughs. PLEASE avoid. He wouldn’t refund us because we paid online and ‘there was nothing wrong with the pizza’ but they didn’t matter that it has rat urine and faeces all over it.

  I’m writing to share a serious issue I experienced with the Domino’s shop. For the whole night, their alarm sound stayed on continuously, and it was loud enough to disturb sleeping all night long. This is extremely frustrating, especially because it kept going without stopping. I hope the management takes this seriously and makes sure the alarm system is handled properly—so it doesn’t happen again and doesn’t affect nearby residents. I’m disappointed with the noise and lack of consideration. Please address this issue urgently.

  Pizza came, so rubbish , tomato base is somehow completely uncooked and cold but the cheese has melted on top . Won’t order again

  I recently ordered a pizza that arrived dry, cold, and tasted like it was pre heated. When I contacted the customer service they added me to an email thread and asked for pictures, they sent me 3 emails justifying that I was wrong that the pictures looked fine. It the end they did not care about the customer experience, they interrogated me like I was a criminal. I never had such a horrible customer experience like this.

  Terrible service ordered a margarita pizza and delivered just the base of the pizza so they took it back and brought the Same pizza with cheese on but the pizza was stone cold and burned and hard
