  Here's a professional but firm review you can post: I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Domino's. I had an issue that I raised with the staff, but instead of trying to resolve it, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful attitudes. The manager, Vivik, was particularly rude throughout the interaction. Rather than listening to my concerns or attempting to provide a solution, he came across as uninterested and unwilling to help. John was equally unhelpful and offered no meaningful assistance despite my genuine concerns. I hope Domino's addresses the attitude and customer service standards at this store so that future customers are treated with more respect and professionalism.

  Dominos need to spent a little time and money on customer service training. Rude, ignorant staff dont exactly make people want to return.

  we ordered the other night and were subjected to the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Yes, we ordered quite late but we were able to order online and so when it didn’t arrive we questioned and called. they hung up on us 4 times and didn’t provide an answer. because they kept hanging up on us we kept calling as we needed an answer to why our order just didn’t show up and when they recognised our voices they hung up straight away. absolutely disgusting, when especially in this day and age £30 for a pizza is extortionate and is a treat. sorry we tried to follow up where our pizza was.

  The team at Dominoes on the corner of Ambleside road are great! Food is always hit, tasty and fast.
