Today there are over 680 Breakfast Clubs across the UK, serving wholesome, free breakfasts to around 44,000 children every school day- that's 8.5 million meals a year.

From the start of our interaction, her demeanor was incredibly hostile. When I politely asked if I had done anything to upset her, she responded by saying, "You wouldn't want to see me in anger." I found this comment to be unprofessional and frankly intimidating. No customer should be made to feel threatened or leave a shop in tears due to unprovoked aggression from a staff member.

What happens to your leftover food?
We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
