- SGSri Gopal4 days ago1.0I had a disappointing experience today. My order was not showing in the display, but nobody called my name or number. When I politely approached to ask about it, a team member named Amanda spoke to me in an extremely rude and disrespectful tone, telling me to move aside while she was packing other orders. I understand that the team was busy, but there is no excuse for speaking to customers that way. A simple, polite explanation would have been enough. Very poor customer service.

- LJLottie JonesSep 2, 20261.0Honestly, one of the worst experiences I’ve had at McDonald’s in Cwmbrân. The service was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Staff seemed uninterested, the wait was far too long, and there was very little communication or urgency when dealing with customers. It felt like nobody was particularly bothered about whether orders were correct or whether customers were actually happy with the service. The food was just as disappointing. By the time it arrived, it was nowhere near the standard I’d expect from McDonald’s. The food didn’t seem fresh, and the overall quality was poor. Everything felt rushed and careless rather than properly prepared. For what you pay nowadays, you expect your food to at least be hot, fresh and served correctly. The biggest issue was the lack of attention to detail. When you’re paying for a meal, you shouldn’t have to chase staff, wait excessively or wonder whether your order has actually been prepared properly. The whole experience was frustrating and left me wishing I’d gone somewhere else. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but being busy shouldn’t mean the service and food quality are allowed to drop this much. There needs to be much more attention given to customer service, order accuracy and the quality of the food being served. One star from me. Very disappointing, and unfortunately I won’t be rushing back.
