  Walked in for some food and a drink, got greeted with "we don't serve food outside mind" and then who I'm assuming is a manager said "nah we aren't serving food to anyone who hasn't booked " really good and awful customer service.

  We felt that we weren’t welcome. The food was hot but I ordered chicken tikka but ended up with a hot curry and the meat was not chicken. The table was sticky to touch. Overall a poor experience

  Stayed here before and the one lady a older woman with glasses is the most miserable person I have met in many years of staying at the premier inn although I don’t think she works for them as the staff at the hotel are polite and good. This lady thinks she can do and talk to customers and others members of staff as she likes I will not stay here again and also in the bar area there is damp and slug trails all over the floor which is not very hygienic. Can I suggest you review some of the staff at your establishment. The food is very poor and all ping dinged as you have to break the mushrooms and prawns with a hammer
