  Extremely fast service and delicious food. Honestly not much to complain. Actual inside was a little dirty but when you’re only collecting for a minute it doesn’t really matter.

  I rarely write negative review unless something is absolutely out of ordinary. I would advice to avoid this Dominos place for sure. The toiltes were jammed and hence we could not sit upstairs. We had to sit infront of entranc3, still we didn't mind. Then we were told that the Nachos we had ordered had burnt , so smthey will do it again. However, when Nachos were not given for 15 mins, then I went and asked for them. They looked on shelf and handed over the box which was there. The Nachos were completely burnt. I went to counter to mention that and requested refund for Nachos since we had to leave. He said he could not refund money since i have tried them. Even after explaining that we wanted to eat them but they are not edible since burnt, they insisted we can not refund since i have eaten 2 pieces of Nachos. Never had such a experience. Also the Pizzas were not tasty as well. Service is sloppy. All in all, not worth the money.

  Really disappointed with my experience ordering from Domino’s Torquay Seafront. My pizza and chicken side arrived cold, so I called and was told they’d send out a fresh replacement. Unfortunately, the second order turned up only lukewarm at best. When I called the store again, the situation got even worse — the general manager argued with me and outright called me a liar. I was then told the best they could do was a refund, as they weren’t willing to remake the order again. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled — especially the poor attitude and lack of accountability — was unacceptable. Definitely not the level of service I’d expect.
