  I’ve been shopping at Co-op for over five years and always wondered why the staff seemed a bit miserable. Then one day, while picking up some essentials – a bottle of wine and some milk – I heard the most infectious laughter from the tills. The cashier, with what sounded like an Aussie or South African accent, was greeting every customer with a smile and brilliant service. By the time it was my turn, her warmth had completely lifted my mood – I walked in stressed and left refreshed. She’s definitely a new face at Co-op, and one worth keeping – Alison.

  This store has been our salvation over the past year. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. What an amazing team. Special thanks goes to Annette and Alison. Sending our love and best wishes to the team for a happy and peaceful Christmas. Fingers crossed for 2021!🍾🥂🎁🥰
