Had an amazing experience at Wingstop Lakeside! A huge shoutout to Priya for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly welcoming, fast, and made sure our order was exactly right, even when the restaurant got busy. People like her are what makes this place great. 5 stars!
Very tasty. I enjoyed my meal. First time trying and the guy at the counter was very helpful in helping me make my decision. The blue cheese is a nice dip. Nice, hot and fresh wings 👌

Really good service at this branch. Food was good! Came out quick with no issues. I simply asked one of the staff members to tell me where the tissues are and Although the tissues/gloves etc are self service the staff were so helpful and bought it straight to my table instead of pointing me to where it is.
It’s these little things that really amplify your experience.
A special mention to Sridhar for his exceptional service

I just wanted to leave a review for Saira at Wingstop Lakeside because the service she provided was genuinely exceptional.
From the moment we arrived, Saira was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, checking in regularly, making recommendations, and ensuring we had a great experience from start to finish.
It’s rare these days to come across someone who clearly takes so much pride in their work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Her positive attitude, friendly personality, and outstanding customer service made our visit memorable.
The food was fantastic, but it was Saira’s service that really stood out and elevated the entire experience. She is a real credit to Wingstop Lakeside and deserves recognition for the amazing job she does.
Thank you, Saira, for making our visit so enjoyable. We will definitely be returning and hope to see you again soon!
Absolute waste of money. I bought a ten wing and twelve wing pack with a refill drink and milkshake… £30!
Let’s start with the “wings”. I think it needs to be addressed for starters the difference between a chicken wing, a wingette and a drumette. A chicken wing consists of both the wingette, the drumette (so called as it looks like a mini drumstick) and the tip - three joints.
What this establishment sells are not wings, they are a mixture of wingettes and drumettes - so technically when you are ordering for example twelve wings you are in fact receiving only six minus the tips. A massive con.
Secondly the wings - which are the apparent star of the show - are cheap low grade poultry with very little meat - again another con being charged at top end produce price.
To add to this, my girlfriend had a refill soft drink, which tasted flat and nothing like the branded product on the machine and I had a milkshake which was £5 and was like drinking frothy air.
I will be in no hurry to return. Another rip off American chain monopolising and denying honest British chefs and cooks an opportunity to showcase real food.
