- ALaaron loveJun 6, 20261.0Wow, this girl Lina. Miserable, sullen, strange behaviour from a Greggs employee. Unwelcoming, stared at us from under her cap without lifting here head. Didn't greet us, just looked at us. Plonked the steak bakes on the counter one by one with an air of it was inconvenient for her to serve us. Didn't say thank you or goodbye. Poor service.

When grabbing a red bull I noticed they were all warm and the cold ones were not brought to the front. I asked if there were any cold ones. She said at the back. I am only 5ft and I cannot reach the back. Instead of helping She watched me pretty much climb up to grab one hurting my shoulder in the process. The woman serving me her name began with an L and also didnt seem happy I had the greggs app either. greggs please rotate your stock and help customers when in need. It ain't that hard

When we got to the counter we ordered and my partner double checked what else I wanted. Glenna then turns round to the till and mumbles to her colleague "waited all that time and they still don't know what they want", the colleague was too bothered cleaning, it literally took us 20 seconds and we did not complain about the wait even though it was ridiculous and we were going to walk out. But it's ok for her to hold the queue up for 5 minutes prior. She knew I heard her, as she then tried to change her tune, clearly trying to deflect as her manager came along. If I see her miserable mug again think I would turn round and go else where. Absolutely 0 reason for her comment especially after holding every other customer up!

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling ÂŁ450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
