  If you're lucky enough to actually get past the queue for petrol blocking the entrance, and manage to park, then the fun begins. The male staff are extremely rude and unwelcoming, they always appear to be filling the shelves, although the stock levels are bad with a lot of out of stock spaces, completely blocking access to everything, and they even stand directly in front of you when you are looking for something. Then, if you're unlucky enough to get one of them serving you, you will not get any conversation, smile or acknowledgement, and they will more than likely be talking to another staff member. This has really gone down hill recently, and is a shame as it used to be effortless to shop there, it now is just a chore. The only positive is the female staff.

  I have been using this tesco store since it was first built, and had bags packed for me here and many other shops but today I was empressed how how expertly and thoughtfully my items were slotted nto the bag. Thank you , sorry I didn't get your name to mention you personally.

  Good for convenience but Sainsbury's at Chafford Hundred is cheaper for petrol right now
