Of course, we understand that Sundays can be very busy, but it’s something to keep in mind if you have somewhere you need to be afterwards. The waiters were absolutely lovely and very attentive. I believe having a few more staff members during busy periods could help improve the service time and make the overall experience even better.

I then ordered the glazed chicken and was cold when it arrived. I ordered drinks when I arrived and had to chase for them trice. We also sent back another dish as it was tasteless. The restaurant was not busy but everything we ordered took so long to arrive. I felt the server later was embarrassed too. - MTM TAug 26, 20262.0Based on the reviews for this particular branch i would think twice about going here again. Enquired about a walk in table for 6, no problem at all. Ordered drinks. But one of the drinks was wrong, a plain diet coke instead of the vanilla thrilla. When the drink came back it looked like it they just sloshed the cream on top and that was it. Really sloppy. The meals.... waited 50 minutes for them all. The kids meal didnt have the accompanying veg side as promised, I had to ask for them. My starter was the last thing to come. When asked what else was to arrive I had to mention this starter twice. They came back and said it wasn't put through at all, so I contested this then upon 'checking' again they could see it was ordered and brought it out immediately though it looked like it sat long and hard under the warmer. Thank goodness we werent a table of 7 or more and the optional service wasnt added on as I would have been so embarrassed to ask them to remove it because there was no service whatsoever except taking oir drinks and food order. Oh and the ladies toilets were grubby. Other reviews said people hust stood aboit chatting aboit when I was trying to find someone to get the bill. No thanks to this branch

Unfortunately, you will not be able to amend an order after placing it as payment will have already been taken, and in order to limit the amount of orders to keep you and our teams safe. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the restaurant you placed an order with, and they will process this. Please be aware that refunds take up to three to four working days.
How can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
Please note that orders can only be cancelled if your collection time is at least one hour in the future. If it is less than an hour until your collection time, please call the restaurant at which you placed the order. They will ask for your order number, and once your details have been confirmed our team will process your refund. The money will then be credited back to your account within three to four working days.
Do you have Vegan & Vegetarian dishes?
We offer a range of vegetarian and vegan options, which can be found on our menu pages. Please be assured that we take necessary steps to avoid cross contamination in our kitchens. However, it is not possible to guarantee that dishes are 100% free from inadvertent traces of non-vegan or non-vegetarian substances as we produce vegan dishes and meat dishes in the same kitchen.
