  This is easily the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. We went for my daughter’s birthday on a Sunday afternoon and the restaurant was very empty only a few other customers. The waitress was quick to take our drinks orders but from that point onwards everything else went wrong. We waited over an hour for our food in an empty restaurant and when it arrived they got the order wrong, items were missing or had obviously just been sitting under a warmer as the plates were so hot they were impossible to touch. The waitresses brought them out holding the plates with a dirty stained tea towel to stop them from burning themselves. The steaks were full of gristle and had been sitting waiting so long they were inedible. There was enough staff but they all seemed to be milling about chatting. We asked for cutlery that never arrived so we had to go to other tables to get our own. I have been reading some of the other reviews about this place and it seems that they don’t take any notice as this is not an uncommon experience. I will definitely never visit TGI again, it used to be a decent restaurant chain that was a bit pricy but also worth the money. We did bring up the issues we had encountered at the end of the meal and the staff reduced our bill but this still did not make up for a terrible experience.

  I'm not sure what to say Waited 35 min for the drinks to arrive 1hr 5 minutes for the starters and had to ask and sort out our own plates. 2hr went passed and main meals arrived throwing the plates on the table and spilling BBQ sauce over me then frankly the food was cold and just thrown on a plate, most gone on with it as by this time everyone was starving but my Burger was cold so took back and delivered back after everyone else had finished. Waitress looked stress as it seemed to have no organised structure to the place. Avoid at all costs

  Avoid! Rude staff was left waiting for refills for ages, staff were seen talking then looking over at our table, weird behaviour! Would not recommend the food they are the same size as the children's meals. Very rude staff and manager please save your money and do not book this place.

  To begin with there was an issue with one of our mains coming but none of the others. I was then finished with my main for about 10 mins before my son and his mum got their food! So we were a bit disappointed but then the waitress called Emily made things right, took a meal off the bill and pointed us towards the kids eat free voucher on the app as well and then gave my son a balloon sword and one of her badges that she had earnt through tgi Friday's which was a really nice touch and made him happy! This overall changed our opinions and made our experience a much better one so thank you to her for that!

  Overall, avoid this place if you don’t want to waste time or spoil your mood. The prices definitely don’t match the quality. I ordered a starter for myself, chips for my child, and a burger for my partner. We waited around 40 minutes for our food. When I asked why it was taking so long, the burger and chips were brought out immediately, but my starter still wasn’t ready. The waitress said it would be another 2–3 minutes. By the time my two boys had almost finished eating, my starter still hadn’t arrived. The waitress was lovely, but the kitchen staff kept walking away and didn’t seem organised.
