  Very disappointed with their services! Been ordered at certain time to be delivered and they are an hour late, keep saying on the way but never arriving…. Would not recommend to anyone, awfull customer service shut phone down and not responding to calls!

  Oder was delivered incorrectly YET AGAIN! Called up and they said we can give you £10 store credit, which I refused as the items incorrect came to a total of £28.73!! I was then put on hold for 6 long minutes to be told they can send my order out but it will be 45 mins or I just take the £10 credit. The manager of this place is totally incompetent!!!

  This place is going down hill The level of service is appalling Staff will leaving you standing at the till and not even taking any notice of you Food quality is shocking Wait time is no where near the time they said +25 mins on to the collection time This place is not worth giving them your hard working money you earn , when they dont even work hard enough to earn theres I would even prefer ockendon chef

  Everytime when I coming to order is always issue. Staff is very rude , waiting so long for 1 pizza , 1 hour instead 15 mins. . Absolutely horrible staff. Today again 1 hour for 1 pizaa
