I am writing to formally report a critical error regarding my recent order. Despite my explicit request—and the cashier’s confirmation—to exclude tomatoes and onions due to a severe allergy, both items were included in my meal. Although the order labels correctly indicated these exclusions, the negligence in food preparation resulted in a severe allergic reaction requiring hospitalization. Please address this serious lapse in safety protocols immediately.

Outstanding service from Mitchell. Absolute credit to the team—genuinely lives up to the title. The real king of Burger King.

Took aaaaaages to recieve and order placed through the touch pad. Went back to the counter more than once to be told 'its on its way' numbers were moving from the prep to ready at speed faster than the food was being done. First visit, sadly the last
