Hi everyone, I have been today at this superstore and the personal from here the workers in special the manager they were so rude and because of the staff from Tesco superstore that they were so bad they was not letting me even talk. Actually, I have bought some alcohol products and it was not the right one and I supposed to buy a Hennessy instead of that alcohol which I had the manager came I did explain to her that I have bought a different brand and I need a Hennessy and she was so rude and didn’t wanna help me to return my products or to exchange my alcohol from a different brand into Hennessy. It was not letting me even talk. I’m leaving this message to the superior of this store so he can see how his staff doing their job. Her name is Tia normally the law of Tesco and the rules any products you buy you can return any Tesco location in the UK so they actually doesn’t deserve this job. They don’t do their job proper.

The actual store I will give 4 stars, it’s pretty good but the 1 star is for the service station, it’s by far the worst in the area for receipts because there’s hardly ever any paper in the pumps so even if you use the “pay at pump” service you end up having to go to the cashier anyway to get your receipt. Serious I would say 9/10 times they have no paper in the pumps for receipts. Surely keeping the paper in the pump for the receipts is part of the job?
