  Really impressed with the service at Five Guys, especially from Sophie. She was so lovely, polite and welcoming, and honestly couldn’t have been more helpful. She had such a friendly personality and made the whole experience feel really positive⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Yesterday I visited and had a great experience. Nava took my order, she is a true credit to this place. She was patient while walking me through toppings, really sweet and accommodating. Food came relatively quick considering how fresh and tasty it was! I got the bacon cheeseburger and a very generous portion of chips

  The customer service was great but the quality of food at this five guys branch was really bad. The worst five guys I’ve had. The burger I waited ages for in the drive through was COLD! The burger meat was warm and the bread was cold. Very disappointing.

  I've had a lovely experience today at Five Guys. Liepa greeted me as soon as I stepped in, as the self-service machines were occupied. She had a great smile, was patient to explain what types of food I can select from and was just overall very friendly and professional. Thank you, Liepa! I hope the company appreciates you and rewards you for being such a great employee. P.S. And the cleanliness!!! Oh my God, I have never seen such a clean place. The team is really on top of having everything spotless. Well done, guys & gals!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had such a lovely experience at Five Guys Thurrock! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, tasty, and cooked perfectly. The burgers and fries were amazing, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The team were also fantastic — friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. Everyone was happy to help and made us feel really looked after. Great food, great atmosphere, and an amazing team. We’ll definitely be coming back! 🍔🍟❤️
