  Chips was cold before I'd finished eating them and my chicken royal was not up to what I've had at other burger kings in the past.

  Today at around 5:00 pm, we visited Burger King at West Thurrock Retail Park. We ordered a family meal, but the menu did not clearly state which burgers were included. Before ordering, we specifically asked the staff member, Shabana, whether the burgers were chicken or beef. She clearly told us they were beef. When we received the burgers, we became concerned because they appeared to contain bacon. As Muslims, we do not eat bacon or pork products, which is exactly why we asked about the burgers before ordering. When we raised our concern, instead of helping us, Shabana argued that we had only asked whether the burgers were chicken or beef and had not specifically asked whether they contained bacon. We feel this response was unfair. If a burger contains bacon, customers should be informed, especially when they ask about the ingredients. This experience was disappointing, and we hope Burger King provides better staff training so customers receive accurate information about the food they are ordering.

  This is one of the better burger kings i occasionally eat at, it has a freestyle machine so you get a huge option of drinks you wont get at others BK establishments. The food is always delicious and the place is very clean and well designed, it can be busy sometimes and with only 2 self order machines can be annoying to even order food. The staff have always been very polite and friendly and the toilets are clean and fresh.
