Convinced my husband to take me there two weeks ago for my birthday I was really looking forward to the tantanmen beef brisket ramen and I was so dissapointed The beef on it tasted stale, the meal itself was just warm and the plating wasn’t quite pleasing i couldn’t take a picture of it I had high hopes but was sincerely let down

Excellent customer service! My first time at Wagamama, and I was genuinely impressed. The food was delicious, reasonably priced, and served quickly, but what really stood out was the customer service. My server was incredibly friendly, attentive, and patient with our table, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. To top it off, I had sadly left behind a sentimental card that had been given to me. I called to ask if it had been found and was initially told they hadn’t come across it. I was so surprised and grateful when they called me back later to say they’d found it and that I could come in to collect it. It might seem like a small thing, but they could have easily thrown it away. Taking the time to find it and call me back meant a lot. That was truly above and beyond. As an American, I’m used to a high level of customer service (servers have to deliver because of tipping 😅), but I’ve found that can sometimes be lacking here in the UK. This was genuinely some of the best customer service I’ve experienced since moving here six years ago. Thank you again to the Wagamama Telford team for such a lovely dining experience — and for going the extra mile! ❤️

Absolutely wonderful, went in the other day for my 18th b-day with my family for a meal and a drink. Atmosphere was wonderful, really beautiful interior. We got brought over to our table practically as soon as we got in, before Charlotte took our order. Food was incredible, absolutely no notes to be made. Staff were incredibly friendly and checked up on us just the right amount of times. Plates were provided to share out cake at the end, and they were happy for us to have it in there and to do the whole song and dance. My dessert was even covered for by Charlotte, an incredibly kind and sweet gesture. Will be going again!
