- FPFern Pedley-DawsonJan 13, 20261.0Very average food and abysmal service. Despite being 1 of only 4 tables it was quite a wait to order food. When our main arrived we requested refills on our drinks but they never came, we had to go to the bar mid meal as we were both thirsty and there wasn't a staff member in sight. The salad with both of our meals looked like it was from the day before, the maple bacon was missed off our side (still charged us for it though!) and the loaded fries were cold and soggy. We then tried to order dessert only to be told we couldn't have any as they were all frozen.. it was 8pm! I questioned what time they closed only to be told "I don't know". You don't know what time the restaurant you WORK at closes?? We paid and left to then realise we had been charged for the bacon we didn't receive and also that they hadn't applied the 2 for £15 offer on the appetizers. We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary. With 2 young children at home a night out for us is a once or twice a year treat. We didn't complain at the time because we wanted to just have a nice night, but we are both so disappointed that we wasted our rare evening out on this place. Won't be returning.

- CHcourtney hemmingJan 1, 20265.0came here tonight to celebrate new years with my partner, a bit of child free time. from start to finish the service was incredible, my partner has an egg allergy and i can not explain how amazing they were at handling it, they made sure everything we had ordered didn’t contain egg and advised of things that may of contained. we booked for a bottomless brunch and the price for what we got was insane, the food was incredible, the cocktails had got to be some of the best we had tasted. our main server (didn’t catch his name) was amazing, he had such a welcoming vibe and made our visit very easy. he had a try at making some cocktails and i’ll give it to him, he absolutely smashed it!

Unfortunately, you will not be able to amend an order after placing it as payment will have already been taken, and in order to limit the amount of orders to keep you and our teams safe. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the restaurant you placed an order with, and they will process this. Please be aware that refunds take up to three to four working days.
How can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
Please note that orders can only be cancelled if your collection time is at least one hour in the future. If it is less than an hour until your collection time, please call the restaurant at which you placed the order. They will ask for your order number, and once your details have been confirmed our team will process your refund. The money will then be credited back to your account within three to four working days.
Do you have Vegan & Vegetarian dishes?
We offer a range of vegetarian and vegan options, which can be found on our menu pages. Please be assured that we take necessary steps to avoid cross contamination in our kitchens. However, it is not possible to guarantee that dishes are 100% free from inadvertent traces of non-vegan or non-vegetarian substances as we produce vegan dishes and meat dishes in the same kitchen.
