- HHHannahJul 30, 20262.0I’m not one for writing reviews, but I had to write this one. Today, I encountered a male staff member, tall build, wearing white trainers. I was trying to get one of the reusable bags and he bluntly said “you can’t get one from the back”, his tone was awful and unnecessary. I don’t know if he was having an off day but that’s no excuse to talk to customers like that, especially someone who is neurodivergent and struggles with anxiety. There’s absolutely no need for that at all. As a result, I will avoid shopping here unless I have no other option. And I strongly urge others to do the same. There are plenty of reviews on here about the poor customer service, and it seems like management are doing nothing about this. I have been to other Tescos and I have never had a bad experience there. Also, I’d like to point out that I work in retail myself, and have been for a number of years. I would never talk to customers like that at all. Point being, if you don’t like working with people and the general public, don’t work with them. 🤷🏽♀️
