  Got I’D’d for a vape when I’m 31 baring in mind, I go in there every week to purchase a vape? Woman behind the desk was rude and had the worst attitude ever. 8:45am, thanks for ruining my day 🫶🏽

  Very disappointing experience at Tesco Express Hadley. I went there after picking up my three children from school to buy three EE SIM cards, one for each child. My wife was only allowed to buy two, so I went in myself and politely asked to buy one more for my third daughter. The cashier refused and said he had seen me talking to my wife on the phone, so he could not sell the third SIM card to our family. I was told to go to another shop instead. I found this very upsetting and embarrassing, especially as I am disabled and had parked in the disabled bay. When I turned to leave, a security guard and another assistant were behind me, which made me feel like I had done something wrong. Very poor customer service. The policy should have been explained respectfully, not in a way that made a family feel unwelcome.

  It was great i got everything i needed but the check out area needs sorting it was very confusing and the staff on the till was just rude I probably wouldn't go in there again

  A really convenient neighbourhood store. Tesco Express Hadley has great opening hours, making it accessible whenever you need it, and the shelves are consistently well stocked. A reliable local shop that ticks all the boxes.

  This is actually last time I’m shopping here. 7 quid for 3 beers while Asda doing 4 for the same price 🤣. Good luck.
