On 19th June we came at around 9pm to get some food and there was this lovely lady, Yamanja (I hope I read this name right) with excellent service! She kept changing her gloves all the time, working fast and super nice. We felt sad that she worked by herself as we saw she was very busy. Very clean worker, super organised, very very lovely. The manager better notice her efforts and reward her for this exceptional performance!

i have never had a worse a subway experience. the screen ordering is good in theory but it seemed to make the people working work 10x slower. took 25 minutes to make 2 sandwhiches.
one sandwhich was ordered without cheese due to a severe intolerance. the workers just assumed everyone had cheese and automatically put cheese on. i noticed this while they were putting the veg on and went up to tell them that it was ordered without cheese. the man showed me the order screen and i said yes, there is no cheese choice on there because i cannot eat it, i want it remade.
they were completely incompetent, talked extremely quietly despite the music and constant loud beeping they refused to sort out, so i had to repeat myself 10x over. and in the end they still didn't get it right and tried to charge us for the new sandwhiches after THEY cocked it up. the man dealing with it was incredibly rude, refused to accept he made a mistake and huffed, threw the messed up sandwhich onto the table behind him when i refused to pay for the sandwhich they messed up.
honestly i dont understand how you can mess up that badly. if i could find a way to get compensation and make sure that whoever was working today at 12:45 is spoken to about his lack of care when reading orders and his attitude then id do it in a heartbeat.

Don't offer and charge extra for gluten free then cross contaminate it by wearing the same gloves to handle non gluten bread first.. had to tell him he had contaminated the food, changed gloves but not sandwich made him remake one and had to watch him like a hawk.. do they not realise they can make you really ill.. disgusted!!

Just about the rudest attendant I've ever encountered. He said that the scratch card machine was not working and advised me to come back tomorrow. I don't think he could be arsed.
