- MCMatthew CoghlanJun 23, 20263.0I am a regular customer at this Co-op and wanted to leave some feedback. Most members of staff are friendly, helpful and provide a good customer experience. I would especially like to mention Jas, who is always kind, attentive and willing to go the extra mile to help customers. She is a real credit to the store and consistently provides excellent service. However, I also wanted to raise a concern regarding a member of staff called Lucie. On multiple occasions, I have found her customer service to be rude, dismissive and below the standard I would expect from Co-op. In addition, I have witnessed behaviour towards colleagues that appeared unnecessarily unpleasant and unprofessional, which has made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. I would not normally leave feedback based on a single incident, but this is something I have noticed more than once. I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration, as it affects the overall atmosphere and customer experience within the store.
