  I went through the drive thru on 24th june and I was serve by a lovely gentleman called Matthew He was so kind and generous and honestly made my day it’s so nice to be able to go to a fast food chain and speak to someone polite and kind instead of normally getting one word answers from staff this Burger King is different I’ve been here a few times and each experience has been good but that day it showed there are really good people in the world who just want to help people and be kind Thank you very much

  No mater how long you wait the food is always cold,and they never have half the items you want,don't even start me on the useless app

  ★☆☆☆☆ I've never felt the need to leave a review for a fast-food restaurant before, but this experience was genuinely shocking. I visited on 22 May and ordered through the app whilst sat in the restaurant because the entire collection area was packed with delivery drivers and there were no staff available on the tills. Whilst waiting for my food, I watched a member of staff repeatedly throwing delivery orders at drivers and speaking to them in a way that was rude and dismissive. Multiple drivers asked her to stop. One was told "I really don't care". What really surprised me was what happened when a driver asked to speak to the manager. Rather than trying to calm the situation down or deal with the complaint professionally, the manager appeared to laugh at him while the staff member involved laughed behind him. The driver eventually gave up and left. I've honestly never seen anything like it in a customer-facing business. My own order then took around 37 minutes to arrive and one of the burgers was wrong. The most frustrating part is that I've since submitted a complaint through Burger King's website, sent a letter and contacted them through social media. Weeks later I have still not received a single acknowledgement or response. Everyone can have an off day, but the attitude on display that evening was unlike anything I've experienced in a restaurant before, and Burger King's complete lack of interest afterwards has only reinforced that impression.

  Really impressed, the service was quick, efficient and polite which is nice in todays world. The food was good and well cooked and of a really high standard.

  The restaurant doesn't even deserve 1 star. Very slow service – I waited 40 minutes for my order because the girl was busy chatting. The tables were full at 10 PM, there were no free seats, even though the restaurant is open until midnight. The food was cold and incomplete compared to the order. The staff don't follow basic hygiene rules – I'm talking about wearing gloves when preparing/serving orders. I've lived here in Telford for 6 years and I've never experienced such poor service and such a bad order.
