  waited 5 mins for the food to be told by manager they dont take 50£ notes. When asked answer was “because we dont want to” by manager “Kim”

  90 minutes free parking, and most the time have empty space. The places are clean but the smoke is quite serious sometimes. The foods are fair and in standard. Also the staffs are nice with 😊.

  It took more than 30 minutes to get my Pringles Sour Cream & Onion Chicken Rolls. Apart from my order, there were only three other orders on the counter, and there were three employees working (two girls and one boy). One of the girls, who was shorter, was kind and very polite. However, the taller girl and the boy were very rude. Instead of trying to deal with the delays and prepare customers' orders, they were chatting and laughing with each other. When my order was finally ready, they threw my food onto the counter and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. I also noticed that some Uber drivers were cancelling orders because of the delays. It was clear that the lack of urgency and poor attitude were making the situation worse. I won't be coming back here again.

  *EDIT* If possible, would rate 0 stars! Last night, put in an order for Drive-Thru collection from the mobile app. We get there, and apparently it had closed at 10pm due to roadworks on the M54, not sure what that’s got to do with the price of fish? The opening times said nothing about it closing early, and they still took the order and payment through the app. We were then told by the closing staff and manager to come back tomorrow to get the food or for a refund (why would I want the food at 9 in the morning?). We go back in this morning to be told that there’s nothing they can do as it was an app order, and to phone customer service (fantastic!). Phoned customer service and each branch a number of times, and still haven’t got a reply. TLDR: taken my money, no food *EDIT* Managed to get through the new lovely restaurant manager Kim, and was very quick to get everything sorted! Thank you Kim!
