  Took my daughter last night through the drive through. The lad who served me was so rude all because he got my daughter order wrong.i told them that my daughter was allergic to cheese.i checked her order before I drove away and it had cheese on. How simple is it to get a order right i had to tell them 4 times at the beginning no CHEESE 🧀. When I told the lad the was cheese on he then started to get funny with me saying that the where plain. I said the is cheese on them. He then snatched them off me then slammed the window shut.what a way to treat paying customers he then shot them in the bin think he got a problem going on this way infront of kids. He then opened the window and Said go park in bay 1 and he will get them replaced. Anyway the girl who brought them out to me was so nice too good to work for a place like this apologised on his behalf. I said its not your fault its him who works in there. The lass Told me hes allways like this with Customers.i for one will never use This macdoalds ever again . If anyone does go there the lad is Skinny with glasses on and a net Over his beard. Had a red top on. I no for one he would never speak to me like that in the street because He would be seeing stars. What A way to run a business with people like that working for you. I hope his bosses see this and take Action on his behaviour. So un Professional to act this way with Paying customers.

  absolutely ridiculous every time you order they miss off at least one thing and the food that you do get is cold, they don’t even refund you either it’s a joke

  Three times me and my partner have ordered from this restaurant and all three times they’ve let us down with the orders. Twice they have forgotten a mcflurry and once they have provided the completely wrong size mcflurry to what was ordered. When the third incident of missing items from my order occured, I took it up straight with customer service only to be given a very poor apology and two vouchers for a medium meal via email. That wont fix three incidents of missing items or an incorrect order, will it mcdonalds? Very poor and left feeling extremely unsatisfied and upset that it’s happened three times and no solution can be found other than either receiving a voucher from the branch themselves or getting our money back when taking it up with the delivery company. Not to mention the lack of acknowledgement for the three incidents despite it getting mentioned to their virtual assistant which is just as useless. By far the worst mcdonalds for delivery etc in the area. Won’t be ordering from here again
