  Krish and the team were absolutely exceptional, they offered fantastic service and were super helpful! The food was delicious so huge credit to the chefs as well! We can't wait to return!

  Bit of a mixed bag. I've avoided the chain due to friends and colleagues having minor hassles with payment but thought I'd give it a go. Because I needed alcohol on a separate receipt, my server had to get a manager to approve a tab with just a beer on it. The app was also a bit of an weak spot. Issues verifying, issues with restricted payment methods and no ability to order using app for dining in. Email receipts have a very had to read VAT number. Why have an app you can pay with but not order with, especially with no ability to use PayPal (only Googlepay) and no access to locally stored Knox secured cards. The email receipt was hard to read the VAT number, so had to ask for a paper receipt to be printed. Serving staff were nice enough and the food was OK for a chain, but the barriers of the processes which the staff have no power over introduced needless hassle. The app in particular needs a rethink. While I was there, two tables asked for help with redeeming rewards, so doesn't seem to be just me experiencing app drama.

  Our server Selina was lovely and very friendly. Slim a was extremely helpful as I have a few allergens and she took me through the menu very easily. The food was delicious and spent with great company. The ramen is always my favourite! Thanks again Selina.

  Me and my parner come here everytime i visit him from the netherlands, and multiple times we've enjoyed their food and hospitality so much. The staff is very kind and the food is absolutely tasty! 10/10!!
