  Well looking at the reviews I can see this store doesn’t care about their customers who are the reason they have a job there. People come here to spend money, it’s not a free store but the attitude in this store is beyond me. I normally come here nearly everyday but some workers will choose when to say hello but I don’t let it bother me I come there get what I need and go. I normally go to the self check out to avoid any interaction. Today different story, this guy named Lee first time me seeing him there is an absolute joke and should not be allowed to deal with customers because clearly he has zero customer service ZERO. I must of walked into something that was going on prior because I heard him complaining and shouting out on the shop floor that staff should not be going home before 7 because a customer came up to him where he was doing whatever he said he was doing near the fruit and veg. The customer was waiting to be served I guess so she had to come look for staff members. As I was doing my shopping has normal I noticed the reduced trolley which I spotted some fruits that was going for cheaper than normal. Me and son love fruits so I was there looking at them as I wanted to buy. LEE came from behind me and snatched the trolly without any words and carried on walking, I said to him excuse me I was looking at those he then proceeded to tell him he’s working he doesn’t have time as I can see he’s working. I stood there in disbelief, I said to him I was picking out what I want to buy you could of said something he then said to me ‘ I don’t care’ WOW… all he had to say was sorry I need to take the trolly. He then threatened to kick me out all because I called him out on his unprofessionalism. I could still hear him as I’m walking off saying inappropriate things, I didn’t bother waste any time because I was with my child and I’m not about to argue with a grown man that’s supposed to be professional. Who ever he is needs to be trained on how to deal with customers regardless if he’s having a bad day and his colleagues have left him. This behaviour is unacceptable and I will also be contacting Tesco directly to inform them of this behaviour. This incident happened on Saturday 12 September at approximately 18:24. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour towards a woman aswel who has a young child with her.

  Telling elderly customers to run out the store 2 mins before close time because "My bus goes in two mins, don't think I'll catch it" isn't what I'd call professional or courteous.
