  Telling elderly customers to run out the store 2 mins before close time because "My bus goes in two mins, don't think I'll catch it" isn't what I'd call professional or courteous.

  Absolutely shocking customer service from a lady I don't know whats her name but she's got red hair. I went to buy a baby milk which had security tag on and once I paid I said to the lady can you please take the tag off she had a face on instantly when I asked her maybe I disturbed her chatting to her colleague, so she took the milk and left it behind the till. It was only me and another lady getting served but she had a loads item to scan so I went back to the lady and said to her can you please take this off it saves me waiting so she had a face on and took the tag off and said here you go and walked away. Staff need to be trained on how to deal with customers the right way. If it happens again I will take this further and never come back again.

  Sign clearly says open at 7am. More than once this has not been the case. 7.46 today and still no staff inside the store. Ridiculous

  I have visited this Tesco for years. Until recently it has always been a pleasant experience, where staff are always friendly. There seems to be a new manager , a male, who is extremely rude and arrogant. I’ve heard him swearing in the store and he seems to think he can speak rudely to people as he pleases. He’s degrading to the staff and belittles them infront of customers - I myself have witnessed this. I will not be visiting this store again

  Closed all the time for deliveries so the opening times aren't reliable at all. Needs to sort staff shortages out if they can't reliably stay open.
