The tuna sub at Subway was absolutely awesome! 🥪🔥 Plenty of fresh salads, great taste, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was also really nice and welcoming. Overall, a great experience — definitely recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tried Subway for the first time and honestly, I loved it! 😍 The sub was fresh, tasty, and made exactly how I wanted. The combination of fresh veggies, sauces, and toasted bread was so good. Definitely coming back to try more! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Used to come here sometimes and the staff were nice and made good subs. But now you have to order on a tablet which sucks. Subway was about the human interaction and being able to look at the ingredients and the sandwich being made. Isolating humans from talking to each other even further than we already are is damaging and not something we should be forcing if you ask me

I arrived at around 2pm when the restaurant was completely empty. I went straight to the counter with cash in my hand, expecting a quick transaction. I told the employee exactly what I wanted, but instead of taking my order, he told me I had to use the self-service kiosk behind me. I explained I was paying cash, but he just said to select the “other” payment option on the machine. I was standing right in front of him, there were no other customers, and I’d already given him my order. It made absolutely no sense. I stood at the kiosk for a few seconds, looked back at him while he just watched me, then walked out. Customer service was absolutely awful. If you’re going to refuse to serve people at the counter when the place is empty, don’t be surprised when customers take their money elsewhere. This was a terrible experience, and I won’t be returning to this Subway franchise.

Unfortunately had a disappointing experience in Subway Stratton today (03.08.26).Firstly the new addition of silly tablet screens to order is time consuming and frustrating. Took 15 minutes to work out the system. Food has always been previously good but this time was very disappointed. I asked for cheese and toasted and both subs came with no cheese and not toasted. Expected more from paying £21. Staff seem to be rude and not happy think some customer service training required.
