The refused to serve me at the counter. Made me use this tablet thing which is not easy to customise the food. No create your own option (just amend set subs). Then waited nearly 20 mins for the food to be made. Terrible.

For some reason don't have the option to order your food at the counter any more . You now have to order on a table you cant adjust things easily and the service is a lot slower.who evers idea it was to get the tablets it was a terrible idea please just go back to face to face service.

Worst experience I've had at Subway. Waiting such a long time for only two coffees is unacceptable. The staff appeared disorganized, and the service was incredibly slow. Completely wasted my time. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

Very disappointing experience. The staff behaviour was unacceptable — no welcome, no smile, and no basic courtesy. When we politely asked the server to change her gloves for hygiene, she stared at us instead of responding professionally. Hygiene standards were clearly not taken seriously.The food was served carelessly, as if they were doing us a favour, and definitely not worth the £20 we paid. The difference in service quality compared to places like McDonald’s is huge. Subway feels dry and unwelcoming because the staff don’t seem trained in customer service. In the food industry, warm hospitality and customer comfort are essential.
