  Took over 10 minutes for 3 milkshakes. Looked around restaurant and there were a few people without food. I counted 10 staff and not one of them was making milkshakes. They were talking more than working. Whilst I love that for them, I didnt like the wait.

  Picture this; after a hard stressful day at work you decide to treat yourself to your favourite burger and make your way to the nearest 5 guys (Swindon). You go to the console, choose to sit in, make your usual order and add a beer to uwind. The beer is opened and served and you wait patiently for a tasty burger to go with that beer. The food is ready and you collect your brown bag of goodies and return to your table. Then the manager tells you you cant eat the food in the restaurant! He insists you must take the £20 burger outside after choosing to eat in. After protesting, the manager says "enjoy your meal!!". And you end up eating a cold and soggy burger in your temporary work accomodation. Well, that was my experience. It will be a long tine before I go back to 5 guys. And will avoid Swindon at all costs. You absolutely disgust me for your appalling customer service.
