  Terrible delivery experience and zero communication from the driver ​I ordered a pizza to be delivered to The Tawny Owl. After waiting for an hour with no updates, I had to call the branch myself to find out what was going on. They told me they had attempted delivery but failed. However, my phone never rang (I have a foreign number, which might be why, but that's no excuse for zero effort), and the driver didn't even bother to step inside the pub to ask if anyone was waiting for an order. ​Over the phone, they promised to redeliver in 20 minutes. 30 minutes passed. Just as I was losing my patience and getting ready to walk to the branch to sort it out myself, my friends noticed an unmarked car sitting in the car park outside. They approached it, and sure enough, it was our delivery driver. He was just sitting there in his car, waiting. Once again, no phone call, and no attempt to walk into the establishment to actually deliver the food. ​A very frustrating experience. The complete lack of logical thinking, communication, and basic effort from the delivery driver is incredibly disappointing. The pizza was good though.
