  Spent 35 quid and just eatcame with the wrong order just burger and chips every time I ring up burger king going straight to answer phone spoken with just eat and it will take a week for my money to be back in my account. The delivery driver didn't understand anything even showed what I order so he took the meal back and ain't heard nothing . Definitely won't be ordering again from just eat and burger king in the uplands .

  Usual customer here but no longer, was handed a burger made by a new staff member, clearly sitting out for a while as the crew leader just stood on her phone. When I got my order and got out of the place, I realised the bacon and burger were both cold. This was probably the quietest time of day for them. You can also notice items being made with large gaps between them, so one will be room temperature and the other hot. Or reheating and/or reusing nuggets that have been sitting there for god knows how long.

  Had a lovely meal service was fast and delicious many thanks to Ammar? If that's right he really helped me out and is such a great guy

  Came to the store a few days ago lovely young girl called Sophie was very polite and well mannered helped me out on the kiosk because I had using my points. Fantastic store and staff

  Cannot believe no explanation given when handed my warm drink that no ice was available. When i opened it to check why it was warm i could see no ice so i asked sophie the girl who placed it on the counter could i have ice-she just looked at me no apology just said we dont have any and walked off just the worst customer service ever !
