Came to the store a few days ago lovely young girl called Sophie was very polite and well mannered helped me out on the kiosk because I had using my points. Fantastic store and staff

Cannot believe no explanation given when handed my warm drink that no ice was available. When i opened it to check why it was warm i could see no ice so i asked sophie the girl who placed it on the counter could i have ice-she just looked at me no apology just said we dont have any and walked off just the worst customer service ever !

Absolute shower of service, they call it fast food for a reason, I’ve had sit down meals quicker than this. You want garbage food quickly? This isn’t the place.
