We then subsequently sat with empty glasses for 45min without anyone offering another around of drinks before we prompted them to. As only 4 of the party had starters we asked all food came out at same time, we were thats told fine. This did not materialise, starters came with mains say 20-30min later. So the waitress didn't relay the message or someone in the kitchen forgot. My steak was without doubt one of the worst cuts I could remember having. I asked for it medium rare and it came close to well done. Tough as anything and full of gristle. Very little flavour. Another member had a side missed from their plate. We raised this and it came out 10min later when the meal was nearly finished. A free drink was offered, but it's not the point. Not one to complain so didn't say anything in the restaurant, but extremely disappointed. Another point.... your cocktails are terrible. No alcohol and way too much sugar. Vile.
- CBCraig bApr 29, 20185.0Great experience here , very quick service and polite staff , the Bruce Lee burger I had was perfectly cooked along with the sweetpotatoe fries, we also had a mojito cocktail and a bubblegum daiqure witch were both also very flavorsome, for four of us the bill came to around 60 pound witch for the experience I think is pretty much about right, I was also a bit worried that they would add a service charge at the end witch would have changed the experience for me but thankfully it didn't, will be going back here again soon with my niece and famly for her birthday can't wait!!!

Unfortunately, you will not be able to amend an order after placing it as payment will have already been taken, and in order to limit the amount of orders to keep you and our teams safe. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the restaurant you placed an order with, and they will process this. Please be aware that refunds take up to three to four working days.
How can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
Please note that orders can only be cancelled if your collection time is at least one hour in the future. If it is less than an hour until your collection time, please call the restaurant at which you placed the order. They will ask for your order number, and once your details have been confirmed our team will process your refund. The money will then be credited back to your account within three to four working days.
Do you have Vegan & Vegetarian dishes?
We offer a range of vegetarian and vegan options, which can be found on our menu pages. Please be assured that we take necessary steps to avoid cross contamination in our kitchens. However, it is not possible to guarantee that dishes are 100% free from inadvertent traces of non-vegan or non-vegetarian substances as we produce vegan dishes and meat dishes in the same kitchen.
