- BDBazel DaviesJul 12, 20261.0Probably the worst mcdonald's we've ever ordered from, We always order delivery and we live about 4 minutes away but for some reason the food usually takes an hour to deliver (without the preparing time) and most of the time when the food gets here it's always a mix between cold and a tiny bit warm, We also ordered a suger doughnut once and they didn't put it in and when messaged about it they said they would only do a re-fund and they wouldn't re-deliver it, Another time we ordered the doughnut again but this time we put 2 doughnuts on so they wouldn't forget to put the doughnuts on, And can you guess what happend?, They delivered 1 suger doughnut and a brownie and they ALSO didn't put my crunchy cheese bites sharebox with 3 barbecue dips in, So we messaged them again and yet again said they would only do a re-fund and wouldn't re-deliver, And we had ordered a water bottle with them and the order was done about 2 days ago and we hadn't opened the water until today, Someone was gonna have the water and then she drank some of it and said it was absolutely disgusting, So i tried a bit and it was seriously horrible, It didn't even taste like water just tasted like salt, The stuff written on the bottle said "0% salt" which was obviously a lie, Definitely DO NOT recommend this mcdonald's as the food arrives cold and will probably have food/drinks missing and takes ages to actually deliver even if you are only a couple minutes away, And did i mention how much it costs?, Most of the time between £40-£60 and you get cold food and missing food. If i could put 0 stars i would
- JTJacob ThomasJun 12, 20261.0Staff are lovely, management is awful, average wait time here is 20 minutes over the weekend, shocking, they have 10 staff on front and 2 staff in the kitchen. So food isn’t being made fast enough leaving many people waiting ages. There is also no manager in sight so no wonder it’s such a shambles here. Their OAT is empty with all the staff standing around it talking. Shocking !
