  A bit short staffed, one poor lady Alexandra was running around but still with a smile on her face, so the electronic self tills are a saviour. But she and the lad that brought my food were very polite and carful with the food. Had an ice latte came quickly and was nice. Eat the mac and cheese with bacon bits, nice and crispy. It took a little while to come out, so think it was made fresh. It looked and tasted really good, very cheesy, funny that😄. A few crumbs on the the floor here and there but that's just down to people that can't eat properly any more 🤪

  It has taken us over 40 minutes to get our rather sîmple food order this afternoon. If could have been longer if not for 2 visits to the counter and a promise to carry food to the table ourselves.

  I had a very good experience at the café. The staff were very kind and helpful, and they helped me choose what to order. The service was very fast and the coffee was excellent. The staff member named SOROUSH who served me was very polite and friendly. I really enjoyed my visit and I will definitely come here more often.

  Would give zero stars no option food came with cheese even though I stated no cheese on food as it’s an allergy manager came out was rude and abusive and refused to refund or even change the food will never be eating here again

  First time of visit to a Tesco cafe, I would not recommend this Tesco cafe at all. The food was awful, it was cold, the bacon was barely edible, the sausage was undercooked and the staff were rude when I asked for more bacon they tried to charge me extra when we just wanted a replacement. When they came out with more bacon, it was still undercooked and just the fat end of the bacon. I would never eat here again. I am worried after my meal I will be poorly, I think they are due a food inspection to check the quality and heat of the food.
