  Ordene una pizza de veggie supreme con American hot y la señora Indiana la cambió por que ella quiso le pedí el ticket y dijo que al final me lo daba y me entregó solo American hot supuestamente por que era picante y realmente no tiene nada de picante

  Refused to make order for collection when ordered on app at 10:40pm. Door closed locked cleaning for them to leave at 11pm. When order made wrong size pizza. Told cant rectify all ovens off have to write / call complain... Done so and told I am wrong they are right. Wold not listen and kept talking over me. I then get email stating they are right I am wrong. had to open dispute with card company which they have refunded this afternoon. If you order late at night make sure no later than 10pm you then get a chance to rectify if it goes wrong.

  I had wanted to order a Margarita pizza and 2 desserts over the phone, I asked her what the desserts where she was very unclear and I'm also Autistic, so I had trouble understanding what she was saying to me. And the girl on the phone I found to me very rude and she hung up on me and also kept putting me on hold, which really annoys me. The 2nd was a male member of staff staff. I phoned up to explain what happened and that I was coming to the branch to pady for and collect my order. He showed me how to do it on Google pay. But put my order through the till, which was totally wrong. I actually got a double cheese large pizza not the Margarita pizza that I ordered. I got the 2 desserts I thought thst it was a cake, but it was ice cream and it was too late by then. He offered to deliver my food to my home address, I said no because I was already there. And there was no point. My food was left on the side for a while. Luckily 8t was still piping hot otherwise I would have got them to remake it. You want it piping hot nothing less. They are need retraining on also on sustomer service. I was not impressed at all. I would be going back there anytime soon. I also found the staff very rude and they need to make sure they listen to what the customers are ordering and make sure that they get the order right. They got mine wrong!!! Not acceptable. On a Margarita pizza it's supposed to have mushrooms, where were they?

  Efficient, ordered for collection. Followed the app updates and when I got there it was ready and still got when I arrived home. The cookies are smaller than I remember it was.

  Ordered on uber eats, it said it was out for delivery. Waited an hour even though we aew 5 minutes from the restaurant, When calling the store they couldnt even find the order on their system. Told me to take it up with uber eats and i was charged the money. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.
