  Used almost every weekend with on problems always good.. until this week end .. cold and late and inedible .... they sent us a promo code after complaining to them online ... tried to redeem said promo code via a phone call.. what a shambles so unhelpful and rude aisha the manager made it ten times worse not listening talking over us absolutely pointless ... for a big chain to treat you like this is shocking .... lesson learned won't use again

  Amazing service staff are friendly I gave 4 star due to sometimes they are not organize my order seem deferent taste

  I made a complaint that the food was not that warm and that one of the sides could of been cooked longer but when I did speak to the staff at the store they called me a lier and said that the food was hot when it left, I don’t appreciate being called a lier, when the customer says it’s cold it’s cold I do not like people speaking down to me on the phone.

  Maryam is so lovely she makes the whole place feel alive and is so nice to interact with always greets you and shows genuine interest and care, the food is always fresh and i’ve never had a bad experience
