  Customer service is Zero!!! They can't even explain what pizza they have, I just walk away! Speak louder, can't even hear anything you saying, this people need training ASAP!!! Face impression was so bad, why you so angry.

  I ordered a pizza at 5pm... 6.45pm still waiting. No apology, no explanation. No idea what's going on.

  We ordered our food which arrived 45 minutes late. Then the driver phoned us and said he'd rung the door and was outside. He wasn't. We told him the address again, he said he was here and once more wasn't. We finally received our pizza stone cold when one of us had to go to the end of the road and pick it up. We phoned and the staff were largely unhelpful and we received no compensation, just a suggestion we would next time.
